I have been on a self -improvement journey for the past year or so. I
always took pride in labeling myself a perfectionist and have realised
that I was so wrong. All this led to a life riddled with self-doubt and
fear and I realised that this has to change. I have a friend who was training to be a life-coach and she needed a guinea-pig so I jumped in. Journalling is a part of my life so the next step is an art journal
I am reading a book (always have a few going next to my bed) written by Joyce Meyer, and this quote jumped out at me and I decided to journal it. I have been keeping a journal while on this life-coaching trip but needed a bigger 'canvas'. So this old dictionary is getting a new life as re-purposed journal

I am so thankful to have made round 2 of the
Scrap-a-doodles Design team audition. A video is required for round 2
and viola here it is......my first one ever... and who says an old dog
can't learn new tricks. Hope you enjoy watching it and do let me know what you think
